Scope of Refund Policy

This policy applies to all software purchased directly from Digits Flow Inc., including but not limited to:

- Perpetual software licenses

- Subscription-based services

- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms

- Support and maintenance packages

Refund Eligibility

1. Subscription Cancellation: For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial subscription or a renewal, you are eligible for a full refund of the current billing cycle's subscription fee.

2. Software Defects: If you encounter a material defect in the software that cannot be fixed within a reasonable timeframe, and such defect materially impairs the software's functionality, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Refund eligibility for software defects is determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Delivery: In the event that you do not receive the software access details within a reasonable timeframe (48 hours from the agreed delivery date) due to an error on our part, you may be eligible for a full refund.

4. Product Misrepresentation: If the delivered software is substantially different from its description or demonstration provided before purchase, you may qualify for a refund. This does not include minor differences or features that have been clearly and explicitly excluded.

5. Major Updates and Changes: If a major update significantly alters the software's core functionality to your detriment and was not communicated prior to purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the update.

Exclusions

- No refunds will be provided for any software purchased through a third-party vendor or reseller.

- Refunds are not available for services already consumed, such as consultancy or installation services.

- Refunds are not applicable for minor bugs or errors that do not significantly impact the overall use of the software.

- No refunds are issued for discounted or promotional items.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at support@digitsflow.com with your purchase details, including your order number and the reason for the refund request.

2. Provide any relevant documentation or evidence that supports your refund request, such as screenshots, error messages, or detailed descriptions of the issue.

Processing Your Refund

Once your refund request is received, Digits Flow Inc. will:

1. Assess your request based on the eligibility criteria outlined above.

2. Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. If approved, process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
